To maintain the piano in good condition, I recommend getting your piano regularly tuned, once or twice a year.

Good environment for the pianos are "steady room temperature," "steady humidity level." In Colorado, I recommend using a humidifier in winter months.

When the piano arrived at your house, let it settle for 4-6 weeks, then have it tuned.

At the appointment, in addition to tuning, I will clean your piano, check your piano's condition, do repairs and regulations if it can be done in a short time. One appointment is approximately 2-4 hours.

If I see your piano needing a regulation that will take a few hours or a week, I will let you know, and we can discuss a plan.

My fee: $160-$240 per piano, depending on how much out of tune your piano is.
